how do you transfer from a los Angeles methadone clinic to a clinic in the United Kingdom?

i am currently on a methadone clinic in Los Angeles, CA. United States. I will be relocating to maidstone kent, England in ten days. I have searched and made calls to all sorts of agencies. I have Collected all the information for my day of travel. I have been working with my clinic to contact a clinic in the uk.and I am unable to find a listing for local clinics(uk) or even a current email address.
Please, any advice would be appreciated. I know there is a waiting list and I will have only a twenty-eight day supply with me. Any break in treatment may have serious consequences. Any helpful information would be appreciated. Thank you!

try calling the nhs direct number in england. sorry i cant be more helpfull! but try calling them (may have to be within working hours in england) they can help i think with advise!
